Phobia means fear of something, in simple words. There are many types of phobias in which some of the phobias are really strange:

1. Social Phobia: It means Social Anxiety Disorder. A person with this feels unconscious and embarrassed in public just because of being judged, humiliated, or negatively evaluated by others which is a common practice of some people.

2. Pogonphobia: It means fear of beards. A person with this feels anxiety and discomfort towards people with beards even in pictures.

3. Albutophobia: It's the fear of bathing or washing. A person with this literally feels distressed about getting in contact with water, showers, etc.

4. Coulrophobia: It's the ear of clowns. A person with this feels panicked when they confront clowns. It may be natural or just because of watching horror movies of clowns.

5. Nomophobia: It's the fear of being without a mobile phone. The person feels alone and panicked due to fear of losing a mobile phone or being without its access.

Some of these like pogonophobia or albutophobia really seem that they don't even exist. Maybe they're rare.
