How A Small Thing Turns into a Disaster?

A small mistake/action/whatever may lead to serious incidents including death. Several incidents are reported on daily basis regarding this. Some of which are listed bel ow...

Every case written below has actually happened (in Pakistan):

1. Usage of Mobile Phone while Charging:

Two cases reported about usage of mobile phone while charging.

a. Once a boy who was listening to some music or idk what, while his phone on charging. Earphones were connected to it. The current passed through the earphones into his ears and at the moment there was a sudden blast. He died at the moment.

b. A recent case reported few days a ago where three friends were playing games together while their phone on charging. Due to some fault the mobile blasted and the three friends died at the moment. 

Overheating can also be a leading cause of such cases.

That's why it's highly advised to keep check of mobile phones on charging especially during summers, so they don't get hot. Disconnect the chargers if they're really hot.

2. Bike Race:

No dought, bike race is one the favourite activity for boys. Everyday, several races take place. In addition, several accidents take place too, where some survive the accident some don't. A recent case where some young boys were having a bike race. One of them fell off the bridge along with his bike while racing accidently and the worst thing was that he was found beheaded (head cut off from body)

3. Gas Leak Explosion:

In a home a minor gas leak went unnoticed. When someone lit a match to ignite the stove, it led to massive explosion resulting in multiple injuries and deaths.

4. Cylinder Blast: 

A couple was sitting in their kitchen. The husband was busy in fixing some electrical appliances while the wife was about to cook. She lit the match stick, not knowing that the gas was already on. As soon as she lit the fire, the entire house caught severe fire. The couple died and their 1 or 2 kids were injured. One of their child (boy) was lucky who went praying  in the  mosque that time. The severe fire burnt the couple. Both were admitted to hospital but the wife had already died at the moment and husband who died 2-3 days later. (An incident that took place in our nearby colony last Ramadan)

5.  BBQ at Home in a Closed Room: 

It's not much dangerous to have BBQ at home but it's a better and safer option to have it in an open environment. A family was having BBQ at home. One of their child accidently split some petrol on the burning coals, that caused a fire in the house. Luckily the fire wasn't much and everyone was safe but some family members got small injuries.
