VIOLATION OF RULES
Even after being framed as basic human rights, still several rules are being violated in many countries especially Pakistan which is the leading cause for the downfall of Pakistan. The violation of rules is the problem not only in Pakistan but also in several other under-developed countries. Of course, when basic human rights are being violated at any place, who would love or even want to live there. The people living at that place would want to or will leave if they get a chance. After hundreds and thousands of protests against any violation of rights, still government doesn't take any step in order to solve that problem.
Some basic human rights are mentioned below which are being violated on large scale in Pakistan especially:
1. Freedom of Speech:
One of the most basic human right which allows every individual to speak freely and frankly without any fear (i.e. of being caught). If any individual speaks something against or criticizes , country or any powerful and influential person, no matter true or false, he's probably caught so no individual is allowed to speak anything about them even if it's surely true. Additionally, there are several things people know about them but they don't speak just because of the fear they have inside them.
2. Education:
We're all familiar with the fact that many people hesitate and don't let their daughters to gain education even if they're willing to. Gaining education is also the basic right of every individual not only internationally but also in our religion. Still they're forced to stay home and instead of studying learn house chores. If women of a state are uneducated, how could that state be a successful and honorable nation in the committee of nations.
3. Domestic Level:
Apart from all the rights at national or international level, firstly human rights at domestic level are to be protected and safeguard. Domestic Violence is the most common problem in Pakistan. This is not only performed by un-educated people but also mostly, educated people are involved in it who're well-known about the fact that domestic violence is violation of basic human rights. Many powerful and influential speakers speak about this problem and its solution but still there's no rate of reduction in this problem.
4. Murdering/Killing:
With the race of time, the rate of unlawful murdering or killing without valid justification or excuse has rapidly risen to a large extent in almost all countries. This is the major violation of human rights which is flowering a plant of fear in people, especially in victim's family, friends and relatives. In highly developed countries, criminals are punished according to laws while in under-developed countries like Pakistan, criminals are given no punishment if they're powerful as well as highly influential and pay huge amounts of money to the government or institution who're responsible for looking after such cases.
5. Bullying:
It's a big problem almost in every public, private, government, educational or any other institution in every country. Every single person hesitates to discuss about such things but they have to be highlighted so steps to solve these problems. This builds up the fear in victims which forces them to stay home and avoid getting out or interact with anyone.
These are the major problems that're becoming common with the race of time and even after being highlighted by several people during protests or by any individual especially victim or his/her family, relatives or friends, still no major steps are taken to control them and protect and safeguard human rights. Under law, they're highly punishable.
