Things That Need To Be Understood
1. MATURITY:
It's often believed that maturity comes with age - that a child isn't mature enough to understand the world the way an adult does. However, it's not always the case.
"Maturity comes with experience."
It's actually about witnessing the real-life challenges, understanding the complex situations, and realising and adapting things accordingly. It's shaped by hardships, the life-lessons, and the way one is treated by others.
For example, if a child witnesses the ongoing financial crisis in his home, understands the situation, and begins to act responsibly, it means he's mature enough. He'd start working hard to build a better future, thus breaking the cycle of poverty.
2. PERSONAL SPACE:
3. CHARACTER BUILDING:
Beauty isn't limited to a sharp face, glowing skin, or a tall height. True beauty lies in character—how you think, act, and treat others. A good character enhances your natural appearance and leaves a lasting impression. To develop and reflect a beautiful character, keep the following in mind:
A. Respond with Grace:
If someone behaves rudely or mistreats you, it doesn’t mean you must respond the same way. Sometimes, silence is more powerful than words. Why waste your time and energy on people who don’t deserve it?
B. Respect Everyone:
Respect is the key to building strong, meaningful relationships. Every person, regardless of status or age, deserves to be treated with dignity.
C. Stay Humble and Grateful:
Be modest in your achievements. No matter how successful you become, remember that it’s all by Allah’s will. The same One who gives can take it back in a moment. So walk humbly and thank Him continuously.
Build a character that reflects your own identity—not someone else's expectations. Your attitude speaks louder than your words. Let it show that you come from a home where your parents have raised you with values, manners, and strength.
Additionally, before judging someone else, take a deep look at your inner self and ask yourself "Am I the type of person I want the way others should be?"
4. DESTINY IS ALREADY PLANNED:
We often worry about the future—our goals, dreams, and plans—but forget a simple truth: Allah has already written our destiny. His plans are always better than ours, even when we can’t understand them. What we lack is complete trust in Him.
Start trusting Him with your whole heart. Once you do, your heart will find peace. You’ll begin to believe that “Allah jo karay ga, behtreen kare ga.”
That doesn’t mean we sit back and wait. Work hard, pray deeply, and trust Allah completely. That is the true formula of success.
"And whoever puts his trust in Allah, He alone is sufficient for them."
— [Quran 65:3]
When you love Allah, trust Him, and share your heart with Him, nothing in this world can break you. Because the One who writes your story is the One who loves you most.
5. MONITOR YOUR EMOTIONS:
6. EVERY WORD MATTERS:
7. YOU'RE YOUR FIRST PRIORITY:
No matter what others say about you, focus on yourself—your personality, your attitude, and your life.
In tough times, no one will lift you up; you have to be your own strength.
Stand up for yourself when you're right, even if everyone is against you.
Ignore gossip and don’t waste your time on useless people. Focus on your goals and dreams—they are your true priority.
No matter what they say, do what you love.
